We're currently seeking Tasker to join our 6am-2:30pm team

This role will be responsible for, including but not limited to:

  • Plan, allocate, pick, manifest, and close daily orders waves.
  • Understand and use system screens to monitor and move workload through the system.
  • Collaborate with operations to identify and resolve inventory issues.
  • Organize inbound carriers scheduling and outbound shipping by updating communication methods.
  • Utilize system reports and audit sheets to assess shift progress.
  • Directly communicate with carriers for seamless transactions.
  • Supervise parcel shipments from dock to carrier's truck.
  • Resolve data transmission errors with customer's IT and procurement teams.
  • Coordinate with IT contacts in case of system-related barriers.
  • Ensure effective communication for shift change.

WHAT WE OFFER:

  • Starting wage of $20.75 per hour with potential annual increase

Role Purpose:

The main responsibility of this role is to expedite transactions through the warehouse management system. Taskers provide information and address issues with customers, carriers, and warehouse associates, supporting outbound, inbound, or parcel functions.

Required Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • At least six months of warehouse experience, preferred
  • 0-1 years of experience in data entry and/or dispatch, preferred
  • Basic understanding and application of Microsoft Excel, preferred
