We are seeking a

CRM Performance Specialist . In this role you will work closely with the Director of CRM to

ensure performance metrics on all casino offers are compiled and shared with Senior management team. You will assist in driving

retention through all appropriate CRM channels, including email marketing, in-app messages and push messages.

What You Will Do:

Produce promo performance metrics by communication channels.

Provide analysis of promotions including recommendations for future campaigns on a player and segment level.

Assist in A/B testing strategy and performance.

Strong “multi-tasker” that can execute as an individual

Communicate with various levels of departmental, property, and Senior Management.

Must be able to think critically.

Take initiative in moving from one task to the next – assuming greater responsibility.

Readily assist other team members in daily responsibilities.

What You Will Need:

Bachelor’s Degree or relevant work experience

Previous experience in Optimove and / or Salesforce is an asset

Previous experience working in online gaming preferred.

Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel

Analytical and data-driven mind

Excellent communication, proofreading and organizational skills required

Well organized, able to prioritize work for self and others

Ability to multi-task and work within tight deadlines

Efficient and confident communicator, strong collaboration and influencing skills

Have energy and enthusiasm for a new challenge, and an ability to tackle complex regulatory environment

Eagerness to define how this is done for a new business in the US

Excited about the opportunity to launch and grow a significant business in a new sector

Essential Job Functions:

Fast paced environment, multiple tasks to be handled under time constraint.

Must be able to handle a heavy business volume, and sensitive situations relating to team member and guest problems, in a timely manner.

Ability to simultaneously manage several projects, and not be frustrated by changing priorities and unforeseen obstacles to achieving objectives.

Respond to visual and aural cues.

Must be able to work independently.
