Job Description

The HR M&A Manager will lead all aspects of the M&A process, including due diligence, integration planning, communication, and post-close integration. This role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple acquisitions simultaneously, and collaboration with various teams and global partners.

Lead HR due diligence and integration efforts for M&A transactions.Identify potential risks and synergies through thorough due diligence.Develop integration plans for HR functional areas.Collaborate with the US HR team to ensure seamless integration of newly acquired employees.Project manage each acquisition, tracking pre- and post-close HR action items.Contribute to the development of a standardized integration playbook.

The Successful Applicant
