Perform general lab assistant duties in support of multiple projects.

Complete daily collection of biohazard and chemical waste.
Complete daily collection of glassware.
Perform autoclave and glasswash in support of all laboratory areas.
Accurately maintain appropriate documentation.
Complete routine testing of autoclaves and document process as required.

Assist with routine cleaning and maintenance of laboratory instruments.
Assist with monitoring of equipment, as necessary, and participate in response to alarm notifications.
Assist with stocking of supply areas, such as PPE, sharps, lab supplies, etc.

Assist with preparation of mock products for training and demos.
Assist with maintenance and stocking of supplies for the company demo lab.
Assist with organization of supply shipments.
Assist with generation of labels and/or label tubes as needed.
Assist with preparation of other supplies required for Clinical and research studies.

Provide QC support for sample receipt, transfer and shipment, as well as all related documentation.
Assist in transfer/shipment of samples for analysis when appropriate.

Perform other related duties as required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 4 years' experience in an R&D, clinical or GMP environment, preferred.
Basic understanding of laboratory procedures and equipment.
Team-oriented.
Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities.
Good communication skills (encompasses verbal, written, interpersonal, listening).
Time management (schedules, timelines, task prioritization).
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong customer focus and customer service orientation.
