Job Summary:
Manage essential process documentation and lead project implementation of functional and technical solutions by collaborating with business partners and IT leadership to gather business requirements, provide expertise and guidance and help execute plans to enhance business capability, achieve results and support organizational growth
General Business Analyst Skills and Experience:
- Strong Business Analysis acumen and experience (5+ years)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently for results, as well as collaborate with a team
- Proven ability to elicit requirements from senior level stakeholders both internal and external
- Strong documentation skills
- Strong command of written and spoken English
- Strong influencing and leadership skills
- Requirements gathering and documentation
- Group facilitation and requirements elicitation
- Process and Procedure analysis and mapping
- Implementation training and troubleshooting
- Lead UAT efforts and defect management
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel)
- Professional Communication/Chat (Skype/Teams)
- Agile Experience, Training and/or Certification
