- Take lead on complex placement/technical support activities on big accounts, such as ensuring procedural compliance, reviewing data and updating annual renewal exhibits, maintaining accurate placement system entries, to ensure contract execution as required

We will count on you to:
- Assist more senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
- Begin to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
- Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under direct supervision.
- Draft proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
- Participate in all aspects of the TRAC Associate program, year one.
What you need to have:
- High School diploma or above
- Attention to detail, excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills
- Strong problem solving including critical thinking and communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
