We will count on you to:

  • Assist more senior Placement colleagues with analytics and evaluating clients' insurance programs to better serve clients.
  • Begin to cultivate a thorough understanding of insurance markets to better serve clients.
  • Assists more senior Placement colleagues during negotiations with insurance carriers by securing and comparing submissions, under direct supervision.
  • Draft proposal components that help more senior Placement colleagues to win new business and opportunities.
  • Participate in all aspects of the TRAC Associate program, year one.

What you need to have:

  • High School diploma or above
  • Attention to detail, excellent analytical ability and strong communication skills
  • Strong problem solving including critical thinking and communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $42,400 to $90,500.

The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
