Job Description

Responsible for developing, operating and maintaining the Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems globallySupports the Identity Governance and Identity Lifecycle management products within the IT IAM portfolioResponsible for oversight and delivery of strategic initiatives for Identity and Access Management (IAM) and to protect against and respond to cyber threats from both external and internal threat actors.Provide strategic guidance, oversight and leadership for the Technology organization and business overallResponsible for the day-to-day successful operations of end-user related software and hardwarePrepares yearly budgets and establish working relationships with Finance department to meet departmental needs and keep technology accounts currentEstablishes upgrade guidelines and ensures best practices are followed with the procurement, management and setup of hardware and softwareReviews and implements business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data lossAnalyzes systems performance to review operating costs, efficiency levels, upgrade requirements, and other metrics and needsEstablishes policies and procedures to support new technology initiatives across the organizationIdentifies and recommends new technology solutions and keeps up to date on current technologies and trendsEstablishes technology vendor relationships and meet with them regularly to assess business opportunities

The Successful Applicant

We need you, a dynamic and proven leader, with extensive direct experience in leading and running web and data application delivery teams, IAM, cybersecurity, business and technology planning, while providing strategic vision to the team/organization. Your outstanding skills in communication and people leadership are integral to this role.8+ years hands-on experience within a corporate technology operations environment, ideally in financial services5+ years experience leading technology teams and projectsBachelor's degree, relevant certifications and continuing education preferredAdvanced knowledge of Databases, Networking, Systems, Windows, Windows Clustering, Active Directory, Group Policy, VMWare ESXi, and Cloud (GCP/Azure)Working knowledge with software & project management toolsOutstanding organization, project management skills and attention to detail with proven decision making and problem solving skillsStrong communicator (both written and verbally) who can simplify complex subjects and deliver important messages internally and externally. High level of dedication to deliver quality results and interpersonal ethics, integrity, and complianceAbility to travel and work non-traditional hours, nights, weekend and holidays What's on Offer
