POSITION SUMMARY:

The Product Support Representative plays a crucial role as the main point of contact for customers of H-E Parts Dom-Ex. In this position, the focus is on outbound marketing through telephone and email to promote H-E Parts Dom-Ex products to assigned customers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure all activities are conducted safely, following HEPI policies and regulations, and communicating any potential concerns to others.
  • Provide dedicated service to H-E Parts Mining customers within assigned territories, serving as their advocate and leveraging company resources effectively.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Market and sell H-E Parts Dom-Ex products to assigned customers and explore opportunities with new customers.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product features, availability, and usage.
- Utilize online research systems efficiently.
- Coordinate shipping and receiving with warehouse staff.
- Collaborate with team members to share strategies and market insights.
- Represent the company at industry events and meetings as directed.

DECISION MAKING:

The position requires making decisions that directly impact the department.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Associate Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales experience in the relevant industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Internet.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in mining or industrial sectors.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Professional and ethical conduct.
  • Detail-oriented with good record-keeping abilities.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

The role requires sitting for extended periods, using hands and fingers for computer work, and moving around the office.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Employees may occasionally be exposed to moving objects, airborne particles, and sharp edges while working.
