WHAT YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE

As the Plant Manager for CoverPools (CPI), this individual will manage and direct the company's overall operations for our two plants—West Coast (Salt Lake City (SLC)—UT) identify as our core legacy location and our new East Coast (Youngstown—OH) operating as a satellite start up, with the intent to mirror the same pool cover offerings as SLC.

The SLC location manufactures and assembles fabrics, mechanisms and parts for custom pool covers, as well as inground pool cleaning systems and fire and water hardscape products. In addition to the above operations, the site has customer service, engineering, product management and back-office functions.

The overall perimeter includes (not exhaustive): manufacturing, logistics, maintenance, supply chain, purchasing, sourcing, quality, safety, inventory, technical data, IT systems, customer service, human resources, new products introduction and operating cost management.
