Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Market Research Analyst to join their Market Research & Customer Insights team


Your Responsibilities:

  • Conduct customer interviews, create and execute surveys, and partner with internal stakeholders to gather data
  • Manage and organize customer and research data, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and data integrity
  • Perform data cleaning and validation processes to ensure high-quality data
  • Analyze data using statistical techniques and software to identify trends, patterns, and correlations
  • Nurture customer relationships and secure testimonials and references to gather customer success stories, feedback, and data to enhance advocacy initiatives
  • Proactively provide recommendations and contribute to the expansion of the Market Intelligence function
  • Build strong relationships with all Taylor Business Units to fulfill research requests and sales support
  • Additional duties as assigned

You Must Have:

  • B.A. or B.S. in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to analyze complex data and trends
  • Advanced Excel skills - proficiency in Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides required
  • Passion for calling, speaking, and learning from customers.
  • Ability to take customer interviews and translate responses into meaningful and actionable tasks
  • Strong and effective presentation skills - both in how data is presented and how it is delivered
  • Professional demeanor and ability to discreetly handle confidential and time-sensitive information
  • Strong project management skills and a love for cross-functional collaboration

We Would Prefer:

  • Experience conducting customer interviews and surveys
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM system
