Mission


Summary:

Reporting to the Sales Support Group Manager, the Sales Support Group Representative will provide world-class service to our customers and support all internal departments with customer relations for a minimum temporary period of six (6) months, with possibility for extension.

Activités

Responsibilities:

Core duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:


• Provide all customers with excellent customer service.


• Answer customer calls and assist customers with orders, questions, and warranty claims. Educate customers on products and company policies as needed.


• Build and maintain customer relationships.


• Make outbound sales calls.


• Perform customer order entry.


• Monitor customer credit risk. If a customer is high risk, notify the credit department before entering a new order.


• Evaluate and process all manufacturer defect and six-month outsole warranty claims.


• Inform manager of any escalating customer complaints.


• Inform manager of any new or unusual defects in products.


• Communicate with and support all departments.


• Collaborate with other sales support representatives to ensure the efficiency of the department.


• Collaborate with all other department representatives to ensure the efficiency of the company.


• Process customer sales credits, returns, and maintain approval records.


• Authorize credit card payments for appropriate customers.

Profil

Qualifications / Required Skills:


• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school or six months to one-year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.


• Tennis or sporting goods industry experience is a plus.


• Experience with Direct-to-Consumer sales/internet platforms, associated software, warranty process systems a plus.


• Excellent oral and written communication skills.


• Ability to work well within a team environment.


• Excellent organizational skills.


• Demonstrated resourcefulness, creativity, and continued willingness to take initiative a must.


• Working knowledge of Database software Internet software Order processing systems Word Processing (Word) software is required.
