This position is available in Lincoln, Nebraska, Omaha, Nebraska or Pennington, New Jersey.

Roles & Responsibilities

As a Client Champion you will:

Provide world-class support to potential and existing customers via email, web-chat, and phone to ensure they have the best possible Travefy experience
Provide personal training sessions for users, ensuring they are making the most of Travefy's software
Write FAQs, create videos, or other documentation to help users help themselves when using Travefy
Collect user feedback, bugs, or other issues to share with the product team

You love people and thrive on interacting with them across mediums

Requirements
You are a strong written and verbal communicator
You have clear experience in a customer-facing or support role
Experience with SaaS technology, the travel industry or Intercom is a plus
