White Lotus Group invites applications for a Director of Project Management, a strategic leader adept at integrating new technologies and project management strategies. This role demands managing multiple projects simultaneously, offering real-time visibility to clients, the internal team, and stakeholders, and ensuring the highest standards of delivery in line with our values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Champion the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and innovative project management methodologies to enhance efficiency and transparency.
  • Oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless coordination and communication across all phases.
  • Serving as the Owner’s Representatives to WLG projects as well as third party engagements.
  • Provide real-time project status updates to all stakeholders, fostering trust and transparency.
  • Uphold White Lotus Group’s commitment to quality, timely delivery, and stakeholder satisfaction.

Role:

  • Requesting proposals from architects and engineers for specific engagements and ultimately making recommendations
  • Requesting proposals from general contractors and making recommendations on whom to hire
  • Developing a development budget and schedule for associated projects
  • Assigning roles within the organization on associated development efforts
  • Coordinate with real-estate counsel and civil engineering teams through the entitlement process for each land development effort
  • Coordinate with agents, tenants and associated stakeholders on timeline and billing associated for each development effort

Qualifications:

  • Proven expertise in leveraging technology for project management, with a strong track record in delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and maintain stakeholder engagement.
  • At least 5 years of construction management / project management experience in real-estate related fields
  • An educational background the supports the position
