We're seeking an innovative Senior Product Designer specializing in Human-AI Experience Design. The ideal candidate will push the boundaries of collaboration and communication between humans and AI systems. In this role, you'll design intuitive, trustworthy, and effective interfaces that facilitate seamless interactions between users and AI technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with our talented engineering and product team to conduct user research and develop innovative features for webAI's suite of apps. They will be passionate, collaborative, and dedicated to creating innovative design patterns within the Artificial Intelligence space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design novel interaction paradigms for AI-human collaboration
  • Create user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for AI-powered interfaces
  • Develop guidelines for conversational AI interactions and visual feedback systems
  • Conduct user research and synthesize results to understand human expectations and mental models of AI
  • Collaborate with AI researchers and engineers to align UX with AI capabilities
  • Design interfaces that clearly communicate AI limitations and capabilities to users
  • Implement and test safeguards to prevent misuse or over-reliance on AI systems
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to develop and launch features aligned with user needs and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with the design team to create a unified, innovative set of solutions in webAI's app suite.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on emerging technologies
  • Deep understanding of human-computer interaction principles
  • Familiarity with current AI technologies, their potential, and limitations
  • Experience with natural language processing and conversational UI design
  • Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Axure, Framer)
  • Familiarity with UX Research best practices, methodology, and tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply
  • Skilled at balancing competing priorities

Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with ambient computing, digital twins, and Augmented Reality
  • Knowledge of cognitive psychology and human decision-making processes
  • Strong portfolio showcasing AI-human interaction design projects
