The Opportunity

We have an exciting internship opportunity available on our marketing team at Puig's New York office, working on Rabanne Fragrance. We are looking for a self-starter who is passionate about beauty and the chance to be immersed in the business. This internship provides hands-on involvement and learning opportunity across many aspects of fragrance marketing, from big-picture brand strategy to day-to-day business support.

What you'll get to do
  • Monitor competitive trends and analyze market sales data (ad hoc requests to pull and evaluate data from NPD).
  • Draw conclusions from monthly sell-out results that are sent to Global Teams explaining US performance.
  • Support the execution of the Prestige 360 marketing plan (project briefs, code management, product information document maintenance).
  • Function as the primary contact between Marketing and Sales Operations to ensure clear communication of marketing tools for each season.
  • Collaborate with global colleagues to order and organize comps, lab samples, and first production pieces.
  • Manage all product needs for advertising and ensure accuracy of all ads (copy, price).
  • Assist with day-to-day admin tasks, including PO and sample management.
We'd love to meet you if you have
  • Availability for a minimum commitment of 3 months.
  • Ability to be on-site 3 days a week for 25 hours total in NY office.
  • Bachelor's Degree or background in marketing or business.
  • A deep passion for the beauty and fragrance industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and effective time management.
  • Adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
