About Us: Société Générale Assurances is a leading insurance company seeking a talented individual to fill the role of Market & Certification Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with trading teams to develop a deep understanding of their business and clients
  • Produce and certify Greeks and sensitivities to various risk factors
  • Monitor and certify Stress-Tests and regulatory metrics like Value-at-Risk
  • Contribute to the backtesting of the VaR
  • Conduct specific analysis to elucidate risk exposure and business performance to partners
  • Monitor risk limit consumptions and address limit breaches with Front-Office and Risk management
  • Certify the Profit & Loss and Income Attribution of the trading desk
  • Provide commentary on Daily and Monthly P&L to senior management
  • Reconcile month-end Economic P&L to the general ledger
  • Collaborate with other departments on transversal and regulatory projects
  • Continuously enhance P&L/Risk processes and systems utilizing VBA/Python for macros and ITEC teams for industrialized tools
  • Create daily and weekly Dashboards to improve monitoring of trading activity
