Alight is looking for a dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our cutting-edge health products, including reimbursement accounts (FSA, HRA, HSA, Tuition, Commuter, and more), Dependent and Life Event Verification, and other health initiatives.

You'll turn complex problems into actionable steps, guiding products from conception to launch. Collaborate with top engineers, designers, marketers, and more to create innovative technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dive deep into market trends, competition, and user needs.
  • Launch and refine new products and features with rapid iteration.
  • Collaborate on cutting-edge technologies with cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and amplify the 'voice of the customer' through research, feedback, and usability studies.
  • Lead design workshops and maintain a prioritized product roadmap.
  • Assist in product launches and marketing campaigns.
  • Foster strong relationships with leadership, engineering, support, sales, legal, and peers.
  • Manage multiple projects to ensure product development aligns with defined needs.
  • Strategize new product releases, setting goals, metrics, and success measures.
  • Contribute to the overall strategic roadmap, assessing stakeholder needs and determining ROI.

Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5+ years' experience in product management or a related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and project management capabilities.
  • Experience in developing internet products, services, and technologies.
  • Proven data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to identify risks and communicate impacts to stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep knowledge of HR or Benefit Administration.
  • Experience in UX or UI software design.
  • Familiarity with AI and natural language interfaces.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Math, Actuarial Science, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, MIS, or equivalent work experience preferred.

Salary Pay Range

Minimum :

112,700 USD

Maximum :

178,900 USD
