Summary:

The Corporate Governance Coordinator is responsible for working with the department practice group to ensure efficient management of processes, records, and events related to the leadership boards of JHHS and its subsidiaries. This position plays a key role in facilitating effective project management, scheduling, and communication at the leadership level. The person in this role serves as a liaison between departments throughout JHM, clients, vendors, and external agencies. The scope of the Corporate Governance Coordinator is intentionally broad and includes independent and special projects, in addition to administrative functions. This role is an opportunity to make significant positive changes in the department's overall operations.

Important Note: While this is a remote position, employees are required to work in the states where our organization is registered (Maryland, Virginia, Washinton DC, Florida, Pennsylvania, and Delaware)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree is required.

Work Experience:

  • Requires 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Event planning and coordination are a plus.
