Per il nostro ufficio di Padova stiamo cercando un/una Office Assistant con ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, che sarà responsabile di fornire i più alti standard di assistenza diretta e di supporto alla Leadership e ai componenti del Management Group.
Nello specifico ti occuperai di:
- Corrispondenza telefonica e via mail;
- Gestione agenda e interfaccia costante con tutti i livelli organizzativi;
- Gestione rapporti istituzionali esterni;
- Redazione di documenti, presentazioni, reportistica;
- Preparazione e archiviazione dei documenti interni;
- Gestione amministrativa nel rispetto delle policy;
- Attività amministrative e di compliance legate alla contrattualistica;
- Organizzazione e programmazione di meeting con clienti e interni;
- Organizzazione viaggi;
- Gestione del processo di controllo qualità, in conformità con le linee guida stabilite da KPMG;
- Mantenere i massimi livelli di riservatezza interna ed esterna.
Per essere il candidato ideale non ti possono mancare:
- Preferibile laurea;
- Esperienza professionale nel ruolo (almeno 2 anni) preferibilmente presso realtà strutturate ed internazionali o studio legale;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office;
- Ottime doti comunicative (scritte e orali);
- Ottime capacità organizzative e di gestione del tempo;
- Ottime capacità di problem solving e multitasking.

We are recruiting an Office Assistant for our Padua office, who will be tasked with meeting standards of excellence in the provision of direct assistance and support to leadership and members of the management group.
Specifically, the successful candidate will be tasked with:
- telephone and email correspondence;
- managing calendars and interacting continually with all levels of the organisation;
- handling relationships with external institutions;
- preparing documents, presentations and reporting;
- preparing and filing internal documents;
- administrative management in accordance with company policies;
- contract-related administrative and compliance activities;
- organisation and scheduling of meetings with clients and members of the organisation;
- organisation of travel;
- management of the quality control process in accordance with the KPMG guidelines;
- maintaining high levels of internal and external confidentiality.
The ideal candidate must have:
- preferably a degree;
- professional experience in a similar position (2 years), preferably with large, international companies;
- a good knowledge of English;
- an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office;
- excellent communication skills (written and verbal);
- excellent organisational and time management skills;
- excellent problem solving and multi-tasking abilities.
