Controller

$125K-$140K base salary (plus large bonus)

Greater Phoenix, AZ (hybrid schedule)

Vaco has partnered with a leading company in the construction industry looking to add a Controller to the team. As Controller you will be responsible for full cycle accounting, preparing financial statements, and month end close. This position provides a great work-life balance with flexible hours and a 40-hour work week. The company culture has a great family environment and is very tight knit and welcoming. Qualifications:
  • CPA is a plus
  • ESOP experience is a plus
  • BS in Accounting or related industry
  • 3+ years tenure at previous two employers
