What You'll Do
  • Provides estimation services for an assigned auction area or areas.
  • Provides accurate reconditioning estimates for body, detail and mechanic services.
  • Communicates estimates to maintenance, reconditioning and other teams as required to initiate work.
  • Works with procurement / purchasing staff to ensure accurate pricing of parts and supplies required by estimates.
  • Monitors repair status, completion timelines, transportation and customer communications related to approved reconditioning estimates.
  • Keeps records of repair / reconditioning details and completes necessary paperwork.
  • Overseeing cross-department operations to route automotive components to technicians efficiently.
  • Overseeing inventory and asset transactions.
  • Ensuring materials and automotive components are appropriately allocated across all local departments.
  • Addressing fulfillment issues elevated by supply chain, or posting and procurement, personnel.
  • Maintaining accurate record-keeping systems.
  • Overseeing the processing of inbound receipts, picking, and staging materials, preparing inventory for shipments and ensuring records are updated and backup documentation is available for audit purposes.
  • Visibly demonstrates safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
  • Actively participates in and support all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence

Minimum:
  • A high school diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field; or any degree/certification beyond high school and 1 year of experience; or 5 years of experience in a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25lbs (e.g. tools, equipment)
  • Vision abilities required include close, distance and color vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
  • Safe drivers needed; valid driver's license required.
  • The ability to drive standard, automatic and electric vehicles.

MCCOX

USD per hour

Compensation:

Hourly base pay rate is $ $28.65/hour. The hourly base rate may vary within the anticipated range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include commission (annual, monthly, etc.) and/or an incentive program.

Benefits:

Employees are eligible to receive a minimum of sixteen hours of paid time off every month and seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Employees are also eligible for additional paid time off in the form of bereavement leave, time off to vote, jury duty leave, volunteer time off, military leave, parental leave, and COVID-19 vaccination leave.
