Interstate Power Systems is seeking a talented and motivated dealer administrator to join their team. This position will manage all dealer administration to include assisting with dealer applications and agreements, as well as providing portal access to manufacturers sites and training systems. This position will office in the Lakeville, Minnesota location.
- Maintain correspondence between Interstate and its vendors and follow up when responses are needed from others.
- Collect, organize, and maintain data to relay pertinent information to vendors in a timely manner.
- Facilitating dealer contracts, monitoring dealers to ensure compliance, setting up portal and training access for dealers.
- Auditing and reporting on key performance indicators for various manufacturers.
- Work on various projects assigned by the Power Systems executive team.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion at all times.
- Schedule travel, make air, hotel and rental car arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Must have above average abilities in Microsoft Office Suite to include MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to take direction, ask appropriate questions and possess a strong sense of urgency.
- Must possess excellent organizational skills, integrity, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
- Will need good reasoning skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Good professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills.
- 3+ years of office administration required
This is a full-time opportunity. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications. Typical schedule will be Monday through Friday, day shift, with rare and occasional nights and weekends to assist with meetings or last-minute travel needs.
