Position Overview
Will support Collection and Purple Label
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Support all seasonal yarn and cut & sew fabric research and development in collaboration with Senior RM manager & design
- Prepare seasonal quality boards
- Assemble/Organize information - Yarn Prices, MOQ, Greige status, color availability, lead times etc.
- Responsible for maintaining yarn reservation process and follow up thereafter - development, proto and sample stages, ensuring that key/milestone date & timeline adherence
- Issue, follow up & track reservations to our suppliers/vendors for development, proto and sample stages.
- Communicate with our internal and external partners with order status
- Follow up with suppliers for timely delivery of materials to factories during Development, Proto and Sample stages.
- Launch color standards/fabric swatches for lab dipping and track per required T&A for receipt/approval.
- Review colors with manager & release sample and stock comments to vendors. Update/record in Airtable.
- Support regional offices by sending references of stock approved lots.
- Tracking of sample reference lots from suppliers
- Responsible for reviewing bulk lots with manager from suppliers & releasing OK to ship comments.
- Responsible for the maintenance of library (physical materials) - color cards, headers, etc.
- Responsible for archiving seasonal references
- Maintain and update PLM Raw Materials records
- Coding of Ariba Invoices
› Related experience. › Strong communication and cross-functional team collaboration skills; ability to work closely with Design, Technical Design, Product Management and Merchandising Teams, as well as Sourcing Offices › Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects › Strong organizational skills with detailed attention to raw material/product information › Strong computer skills; Excel, Outlook, PLM, AirTable › Detail oriented › Team oriented #LI-CE1
