US Custody Settlements is a highly regulated essential service and is an integral part of Custody Operations. Responsible for the settlement of trillions of dollars each month the team actions a range of core and non-core Business As Usual Activities.
Job Description:
As a Custody Settlements Analyst within the US settlements team you will be responsible for supporting end to end reviews of the US Settlements Operations processes, clarifying roles and responsibilities across this #1 essential service, providing subject matter expertise and settlements interface to our change and product stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of trade inquiries
  • Monitor work queue, maintain intraday and end of day checklists to ensure key deadlines are monitored and adhered to
  • Partners with the management Team to support strategic projects in partnership with our stakeholders
  • Analyze, research, and resolve root cause of trade discrepancies
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • The ability to work with high volumes and market deadlines

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Risk and Control: Strong risk and control mindset, including the ability to effectively prioritize workloads and work to critical deadlines
