PSC Global Cash Lead \r

Position:
Major Tasks Ensure cash management is a regular agenda item for PS teams, with clear accountabilities. Cash resources are aligned to business strategies and growth opportunities resulting in financial KPI's delivered to target. Set community governance structure, elevating cash management capabilities embedded within teams.

Partner with the business, driving decision making for effective cash management, including but not limited to – payment terms (AP2.0), Inventory management, and agile Capital Allocation process.

Develop, collaborate, and run an agile capital allocation processes for BCS, relentlessly striving to invest for growth, furthering our strategic priorities, and supporting our ongoing business.

Develop, collaborate, and run effective inventory and capital expenditure planning processes; working with the dedicated global support team members on execution.

Drive for E2E processes between S&OP, Inventory and financial commitments.

Communicate effectively the development of inventory and capital expenditure results and plans with senior level management, ensuring reliable financial reporting that reflects the true value of inventory assets and capital investments.

Promote and deliver continuous improvement and governance for cash processes, systems & structures

Required Degree in finance, accounting or business Prior experience with finance controlling and extensive business partnering experience Knowledge of product supply operations and financial drivers (inventory, COGS, etc.) Advanced storytelling skills and able to leverage data, reports, guide rapid decision making with LT members Advanced communication skills, leveraging relationships / networks to gain an understanding of cash drivers and translating to LT members Strong decision-making skills and adept ability to influence Act as a peer coach in the finance community to develop business acumen, progress financial analytical skills, build strategic mindset etc.
