Note:
The pay rate for this job is $21 - $23 / hour(based on experience & licensing)

Responsibilities:

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals to properly install fire alarm components such as control panels, smoke detectors, pull stations, and notification devices.
  • Run wiring and make electrical connections for fire alarm systems according to local codes and standards.
  • Test and inspect installed fire alarm systems to verify they are operating correctly.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing fire alarm systems and repair or replace faulty components.

Qualifications:

  • OSHA-10 Certification (we offer complimentary training if needed 1-3 years of experience installing and servicing fire alarm systems
  • Completion of fire alarm installation training program or apprenticeship
  • Certification as a Certified Fire Alarm Technician (CFAT) a plus
  • Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude
