How you will contribute:
Performing buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence for private equity groups and corporate clientsAnalyzing financial and operational results of target companies and preparing the quality of earnings reportsEvaluating financial information, identifying diligence issues/opportunities, and recommending post-acquisition actionsResearching and analyzing industry standards, trends, and target companiesWorking closely with client executives, investment bankers, private equity investors, attorneys, or other stakeholdersWill have the hybrid flexibility to work with our private equity advisory process improvement team if desiredWe are looking for people who have Forward Vision and:
Strong current knowledge of U.S. Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)Recent experience with current audit and accounting conceptsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Office, primarily ExcelWillingness and ability to travelMinimum

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an accredited college/university or CPA eligible; licensed CPA is preferredA minimum of two (2) years of experience in audit or transaction services from a large public accounting or consulting firm
