PRIMARY PURPOSE:

This position is responsible for oversight of our front-of-house team working in one of our world-renowned venues.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist in covering basic floor duties of management if the Manager is not present, such as comping concessions, assigning stations, and authorizing early outs, as per established protocols; complete pre and/or post event reports and equipment
  • Assist in pre-event briefings with event staff in accordance with direction and information from department leadership
  • Ensure the transaction responsibilities are handled in accordance with established procedures, i.e. handling of tickets, seating of customers, answering questions
  • Monitor and maintain inventory and stock of all equipment and supplies

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Two (2) years of experience in Ticket Office or Theater
  • Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays
