We are seeking a Product Manager-Cloud Platform to join our team for this hybrid opportunity out of our Waltham, MA office.
Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and technically proficient Product Manager to join our cloud platform team. This role offers a unique opportunity to define the future of Imprivata's cloud strategy. You will collaborate across engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of a robust, scalable cloud platform that supports a growing set of products and features across the company.
Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and product owners to define and execute cloud capabilities that deliver an exceptional customer experience for Imprivata's cloud products
  • Participate in the creation and execution of the technical cloud platform roadmap, delivering features that meet internal needs, market needs, and business objectives
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Engineering, IT, Customer Support, and Business Intelligence, to understand and integrate their requirements into the cloud platform strategy
  • Analyze data to recommend improvements to the cloud platform, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative inputs
  • Document product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts
  • Track progress, identify roadblocks, and proactively manage dependencies across teams

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in product management, focused on technical cloud solutions and SaaS delivery models
  • Domain experience in observability and cloud infrastructure
  • Able to be forward-thinking and strategic and identify downstream implications of technical issues
  • Able to synthesize complex or ambiguous problems and define clear business requirements
  • Has a demonstrated track record of taking ownership and driving results on technical projects
  • Able to analyze data and situations and recommend options using a blend of quantitative and qualitative inputs
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

This position offers a total compensation range of $115,000.00 to $145, inclusive of base salary and variable compensation, such as bonuses and incentives). In addition, more information about Imprivata's benefit offerings can be found here. This range represents the high and low end of Imprivata's compensation range for this position. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors, such as a candidate's location, skills, experience, and qualifications.
