The Partnership Outreach Specialist supports the Partnership team of Steve & Kate's Camp, which is responsible for the growth of locations offering Steve & Kate's Camp across the country. The Partnership Outreach Specialist spends their time researching potential locations, using various channel to initiate communication with a potential partner organization, and supporting the Partnership Team with tasks related to increasing the footprint of Steve & Kate's locations. To be a successful Partnership Outreach Specialist, you should have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
What you will be doing in this role:
- Identify relevant schools based on target areas for S&K expansion.
- Research appropriate contacts at relevant schools and compile contact information.
- Complete outreach to contacts introducing them to S&K and inviting them to connect to learn more / move forward.
- Keep CRM contact list up-to-date based on outreach.
- Research secondary contacts (i.e. PTA, advisory boards, etc) at high target potential partners
- Analyze and update regional school calendars to facilitate in conversations of hosting timeline
- Create market analysis and comps based on regional needs
What we hope you will bring to this role:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business - Preferred
- 3 years in Microsoft Office Suite - Required
- 3 years in Research and data management - Preferred
- 3 additional years of experience that would be considered in lieu of the applicable degree
- Excellent communication skills in multiple channels
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Flexible and able to work independently.
The salary range for this position is $ $23.56 per hour.

Actual compensation offers will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.
