The Role

Lumen is currently looking for talented individuals looking to get their foot in the door in the field of sales as well as people who come to us with experience looking to continue their career growth at a wonderful company. Our entry level sales team meet with customers daily and discuss their internet needs and explain how Lumen will meet their needs and provide them with the best option as everyone's internet needs are constantly growing. This position is not only for those that want to grow with our company, anyone looking to get a start in an exciting sales career and those individuals who are looking to continue their previous success in a sales role. We do daily training for those who want to develop their skills, daily refreshers for those who come to us with more experience and anyone in between.

Candidates must reside in the Omaha, NE area.

· Have a passion for customer service and willingness to embrace continuous development

· Self-motivated and accountable to sales results.

· Paid training provided as well as continuing development for the aspiring individual

· Please have a valid and current driver's license and appropriate insurance for your reliable transportation.

Compensation

The starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.

Location Based Pay Ranges

$ $48480 in these states: NE.

As with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications and other business needs.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
