The Role
The Main Responsibilities


•Coordinates with planners, engineers, operations, and field technicians to ensure satisfactory delivery of assigned projects.

•Project types include both standard complex network expansions and consolidation projects as well as FOA (just think we should avoid TLA's)network projects.

•Working knowledge of network implementation process workflows, including system limitations and dependencies, as well as the interdependency between network, financial, and inventory systems.

•Responsible for all aspects of the project life cycle: planning, scope definition, design, execution, and delivery, up to and including financial tracking and forecasting.

•Ensures projects align with established and approved A&E specifications.

•Ensures projects align with established and approved Finance & Accounting practices.

•Tracks progress toward milestones, budgetary guidelines, or other performance indicators, and prepares reports for senior management.

•Selects, negotiates with, and manages activities of external consultants, or vendors.

•Continues to refine and drive improvements to project deliverables with repeated 'like' technical projects, especially after FOA deployments.

•Provides feedback to planning, implementation, and engineering around technical and process improvements that could be made to improve project delivery timeframes, costs, and/or manual activity.

Performs work with a high degree of latitude. Handles complex issues and problems, and refers only the most complex issues to higher-level staff. Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter. Provides leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to a subordinate group.

What We Look For in a Candidate

Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Preferred:

Field of Study: Engineering, Production or other relative field. PMP certification preferred.

This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.

This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
