We're looking for a self-motivated, successful Field Marketing Specialist who is eager to be a key leader in managing top-of-funnel pipeline goals and partner closely with the sales team to drive demand. You'll be supporting our top of funnel activity creating high volume demand for our Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) offerings globally. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with both the creativity for effective demand generation and the analytical skills to prove ROI.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Support the strategic demand generation strategy for global sales across all channels
  • Work with the Field Marketing Manager on the development and execution of quarterly/monthly plans to drive opportunities for net new logos, cross sell and upsell through event, digital and content marketing
  • Work with the Field Marketing Manager to pull and monitor the demand generation marketing data & ROI
  • Work cross functionally with product marketing and content marketing team to develop and execute content marketing strategies that create and repurpose content for lead nurture and marketing programs
  • Work cross functionally with sales to develop and maintain lead lifecycle and processes
  • Work with the Field Marketing Manager on the development and execution of a customer marketing program with a focus on retention and cross sell

Requirements & Skills:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of demand generation experience
  • Hubspot,Salesforce and Asana experience is an advantage, or similar systems
  • Strong communication skills for managing a team, and working cross functionally with other departments
  • Proven analytical skills
  • Detail-oriented and strong ability in critical thinking
  • The candidate must be highly motivated and able to work efficiently in both independent and collaborative situations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
  • Travel up to 30%
