RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Contribute to technical initiatives for product development and system enhancements.
  • Assist in defining product requirements, integrating design outputs, performing risk assessments, and ensuring validation.
  • Integrate analytical and performance elements across software, hardware, and electronic components.
  • Conduct empirical and experimental analysis to drive problem-solving using engineering best practices.
  • Effectively communicate within cross-functional teams to achieve high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate to determine optimal strategies impacting regulatory compliance and submissions.
  • Support design documentation and coordinate activities aligned with business objectives.
  • Adhere to Quality Management Systems (QMS), FDA regulations, and operational procedures.
  • Maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate autonomy, proactivity, and adherence to timelines in task completion.
  • Possess fundamental clinical knowledge related to cardiac function.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering, or equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in medical device design controls and statistical techniques.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all levels of an organization.
  • Strong organizational abilities, multitasking skills, and adherence to deadlines.
  • Regular attendance and strong organizational skills are essential.
