Billing Supervisor - ISS


Responsible for the day-to-day transactions with the Infinite Sustainable Solutions (ISS) Billing team which include processing vendor invoices, standard sales order validation and purchase order entry, managing billing to customers, supplier inquiries and report reviews.


What you'll do:

  • Actively participates in hiring and training billing specialists.
  • Assists team members to root cause analysis of cost or gross margin issues; ensuring situations are resolved in an efficient manner with effective internal/external communications and associated knowledge
  • Expected level of participation/leadership in process/quality improvement activities
  • Leads meetings and demonstrates ability to present information both within the Billing Team and to outside departments
  • Motivate and promote teamwork in order to meet deadlines
  • Performs other duties as assigned

What you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
A combination of education and experience will be considered

  • Four years related experience with preferably five years in billing
  • Prior leadership experience in which effective decision making and a high level of empowerment, ownership and accountability required
  • Proficiency with the MS Office package preferred
  • SAP (or other ERP systems) and Salesforce experience a plus
  • Experience working in a fast paced, high volume environment
