Job Description:


• Assemble product as required utilizing small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.


• Processes include: lamination, braiding (linear braiding), skiving, crimping, hot box, use of uV light sources (curing, glues, adhesives, Loctite),


• Perform in-process quality checks as required while giving timely feedback as issues arise


• Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Additional Skills & Qualifications:


• Assemble product as required utilizing small hand tools, calibrated instruments, measurement equipment, microscopes, and test fixtures.


• Processes include: lamination, braiding (linear braiding), skiving, crimping, hot box, use of uc light sources (curing, glues, adhesvies, Loctite),


• Prior experience working on implants will 99% be a fit


• Perform in-process quality checks as required while giving timely feedback as issues arise


• Understand and comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
