Quality Manager for Medical Devices

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Quality Manager to join our team in Milpitas. This is a direct hire role, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm, with a competitive salary range of $90K-$125K based on experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the Medical Device Industry and experience in quality management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and processes to ensure compliance with ISO and regulatory standards.
  • Lead a team of quality engineers, inspectors, and supervisors to achieve quality control goals.
  • Conduct external audits, address findings, and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage and maintain the quality control program, including statistical data analysis and process specifications.
  • Interface with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience as a Quality Manager in a PCBA and Mechanical EMS environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and quality management tools.
  • Experience with developing and documenting procedures, quality engineering methods, and statistical data analysis.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
