The Campaign Coordinator position supports formulary and utilization management disruption analysis for member communications during new client implementation.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Executing and tracking outbound communications, utilizing the Unica and/or Adobe technology platform
  • Follow best practices for outbound communications
  • Work within cross - functional teams, using data and analytics and technologies to drive decisioning
  • Utilize excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects, under quick deadlines and be able to respond quickly and accurately to change
  • Develop understanding of how relevant databases are structured, and the interrelationships among their data elements/structures
  • Develop and demonstrate understanding of business requirements to drive data analysis/ interpretation/application
  • Maintain business process documentation for use within the team, and identify/recommend opportunities for improvement

Years of post-high school education can be substituted/is equivalent to years of experience.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of data analytics job experience
  • Experience analyzing and interpreting data requirements
  • Experience communicating insights to internal stakeholders
  • Experience effectively managing time and working in a deadline driven environment
  • Working knowledge of Excel
  • Basic proficiency in understanding SQL queries

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Unica, Databricks or other business intelligence tools
  • Experience with healthcare system and/or healthcare claims data
  • Experience with pharmacy benefits
  • Proven ability to possess a balance of analytical and strategic problem-solving skills, while being focused on producing and executing high quality outbound communications
