Quality Improvement Associate

Position Overview

As a Quality Improvement Associate at JTI Leaf Services(US) LLC, you will play a vital role in ensuring the flawless quality of our products. You will be responsible for organizing inspections, supporting the implementation of quality programs, and upholding the highest standards in our Quality Laboratory. Your expertise and dedication will contribute to the success of our manufacturing operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Organize inspections for semi-finished products and finished products to ensure compliance with state requirements and company standards.
  • Optimize efficiency in the Quality Laboratory by effectively using material resources.
  • Support the implementation of the 5S3R program to enhance workplace organization and productivity.
  • Collaborate with Quality Operators to ensure efficient and well-coordinated work, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Contribute to the development of the local team by sharing your knowledge and expertise.
  • Facilitate fair two-way communication between factory management and subordinates.
  • Support the activities of the Quality Control Laboratory.
Requirements:
  • Hold a university degree in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Possess 4-6 years of relevant work experience, preferably in quality, standardization, or certification.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with laboratory skills and statistical principles.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
