As a General Laborer/Field Tech, you will be responsible for assisting with the installation of rooftop anchors, rigging systems, and other safety equipment. You will work closely with our team of experienced technicians to ensure that all installations are completed safely and efficiently. Your duties may include:

  • Assisting with the installation of anchors and rigging systems on commercial building rooftops
  • Operating power tools and hand tools
  • Measuring and cutting materials to precise specifications
  • Conducting basic maintenance and repairs on equipment and tools
  • Following safety protocols and ensuring that all work is completed in compliance with OSHA regulations
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in construction, preferably in roofing framing or carpentry
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Comfortable working at heights and in various weather conditions
