Forming part of the Biotechnology segment at Danaher, we bring together dedicated technical expertise and talent to develop the next generation of life-changing therapeutics.

The Senior Program Manager Technology Operations (d/f/m) for Cytiva is responsible for supporting the rapidly growing R&D project portfolio within the various business units in Genomics Medicine within Cytiva. In this role you will work closely with your colleagues inside and outside R&D to support and ensure our operational excellence.

This position is part of the Technology Operations team and is located in Marlborough, US as a hybrid position with 3 days in the office and 2 days mobile work. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

What you will do:

  • Coach and develop project managers in general project management practices with focus on visual project management, daily management and risk management
  • Develop and lead implementation of new tools and processes in the area, such as budget and resource planning, portfolio management etc.
  • Support the BU R&D leads with development of portfolio management practices
  • Contribute as representative from genomic medicine in governance of Cytiva wide tools and processes for product life cycle management and portfolio

Who you are:

  • Bachelor ́s degree in biomedical engineers, mechanical engineers, electronic engineers or similar qualifications and several years of relevant working experience
  • Preffered 8 years of experience in project management and product development
  • Knowledge and experience with Danaher business systems (DBS) or Lean Project Management
  • Experience of ISO 9001 quality systems for product development as well as established product lifecycle frameworks (project models)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Excellence in stakeholder management
  • Ability to shift between driving activities, collaborate with others and to execute activities on your own
