This position is part of the Reagent Manufacturing QC Department located in Chaska, MN and will be an on-site, flexible shift position. At Beckman Coulter, our vision is to relentlessly reimagine healthcare, one diagnosis at a time.

You will be a part of the Operations Team within the Quality Department and perform Microbiology testing and analysis as well as occasional final testing of Immunoassay products. In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Meet regulatory requirements and follow policies and procedures.
  • Assists in developing new techniques and procedures that lead to greater departmental efficiency.
  • Perform technical work that includes environmental monitoring, plating of samples, dilutions, and filtering
  • Responsible for complex assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are necessary in resolving problems and making recommendations
  • Make decisions and achieve results that have a material impact on department/function resources and objectives.

The essential requirements of the job include

  • High School Diploma with 5+ years' experience or
  • STEM associates with 3+ years' experience or
  • STEM bachelor's with 2+ years' experience or
  • Non-STEM bachelor's with STEM'S minor STEM's certification with 3+ years' experience
  • Proficiency with aseptic techniques

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • Experience in a regulated industry preferred (e.g., FDA, ISO)
  • Experience with clean room environments
  • Proficiency with Microsoft applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and the basic Windows operating system​
