JOB SUMMARY:

The Project Coordinator at Argano serves an essential role in effective project management. They are responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of project management. This includes assigning and monitoring daily tasks and communication, as well as creating reports and updates for the project manager and other members of management. They play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication. The Project Coordinator will work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met on time and within budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Support the forward progression of client engagements in multiple projects simultaneously, by reviewing timesheets and overseeing budgets.
• Support team members fostering a positive environment.
• Keep track of all project documentation and status, and its operative progression through the different stages of the project
• Work together with our Demand Planning and Finance teams in day to day controlling, to ensure project success.
• Assist Project Managers in the application of project methodology (scheduling, resourcing, task management, communication, etc) to every project, consistently and effectively facilitate client satisfaction across projects.
• Coordinate project activities and tasks, ensuring all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Facilitate meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, documenting minutes, and following up on action items.
• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel if necessary.
• Support the project evaluation process by gathering feedback, analyzing data, and preparing reports on project performance.

SKILL REQUIREMENTS

• Basic Understanding of Project Management Concepts: Familiarity with project management terminology, processes, and methodologies.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint): Advanced data entry and analysis using Excel.
• Risk Identification: Identify some potential project risks and issues.
• Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing project requirements. Flexibility to adjust to shifting project priorities.
• Basic Data Analysis Skills: Interpret project data and metrics and create simple reports and charts for project status updates.
• Teamwork and Collaboration: Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
• Organization and Time Management: Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple activities.

MINIMUM AND/OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, etc.) preferred.

EXPERIENCE:
• 2+ years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Project management software knowledge such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, etc.
• Previous experience in IT industries preferred.
