Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Merchandiser to join our team and assist with merchandise display and promotion at our Ohio dispensaries. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for visual presentation. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and growing industry, contributing to the success of our dispensaries while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with the management team to develop and execute merchandise display strategies that enhance the customer shopping experience.
· Ensure that merchandise displays are visually appealing, well-organized, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
· Develop planograms and install displays at all stores
· Assist with promotional events and campaigns to drive sales and increase brand awareness.
· Uphold company standards for cleanliness, safety, and compliance with state regulations.
Requirements:
· 5 years' of previous retail merchandising experience required
· Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
· Knowledge of cannabis products and industry regulations is a plus, but not required.
· Must be reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
· Located in Ohio
· Willingness to travel to all stores in Ohio
· Reliable vehicle
