Marketing Performance and Analytics Analyst- Integrated Marketing- Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Performance and Analytics Analyst with a strong background in data science to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of multiple analytics platforms, including , Looker Studio, Power BI, and Tableau, along with extensive experience with advertising networks such as LinkedIn, Meta, and programmatic advertising networks. This role requires proficiency in utilizing APIs for the extraction, correlation, and reporting of campaign performance, as well as fluency in multiple website analytics programs, including Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics. The candidate must also have a solid foundation in data science skills, such as statistical analysis, machine learning models, and predictive analytics, to drive insights and optimizations for marketing strategies.
Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive marketing performance measurement strategies across various digital platforms, integrating data science methodologies to enhance insight generation and decision-making.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and data science techniques, such as statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling, to analyze marketing data and predict future trends.
  • Employ analytics platforms , Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) to gather, analyze, and visualize complex datasets, creating actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • Leverage programming skills in languages such as Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and automation of reporting processes.
  • Conduct A/B testing and multivariate experiments to optimize campaign performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analytics insights into marketing strategies, enhancing customer segmentation, targeting, and personalization efforts.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in data science and marketing analytics technologies and methodologies, applying these innovations to improve marketing outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing analytics or a similar role, with a significant emphasis on data science applications in marketing.
  • Proficient in analytics and visualization platforms , Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau) and experienced with advertising networks (LinkedIn, Meta, programmatic networks) and their APIs.
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or another data science-related language.
  • Expertise in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and similar), inclusive of campaign set-up, troubleshooting, and report creation.
  • Exceptional analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the talent to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Anticipated Salary: $80K to $ 90k. Commensurate with experience and depending upon workplace.
