Facilitates organized training for Front End revenue cycle processes at a frequency determined by the Manager. Training will be offered to all Memorial staff performing Front End revenue cycle functions.
Training will include, but not be limited to patient demographics, financial and guarantor information, insurance eligibility and benefits verification via Real Time Eligibility (RTE) and supplemental tools, out of network insurance plans and Notice of Non-Coverage (NONC), Presumptive Medicaid application, Medicare Secondary Payer Questionnaire (MSPQ), Advance Beneficiary Notice (ABN), cash collections, forms collection, prior authorization documentation and referral and auth/cert management, dashboard review, work queue management, and Registration department specific training.
