Description:

Markon is seeking a UI/UX Web Developer to support our Intelligence Customer in shaping the digital experiences of our users. A successful UI/UX Web Developer will focus on creating intuitive, visually appealing interfaces that seamlessly connect design concepts to functional web applications.

Responsibilities:

Translate wireframes and mockups into responsive HTML and CSS layouts.
Enhance user interactions using JavaScript and front-end libraries (e.g., ).
Optimize performance for various devices and browsers.
Utilize Git for version control, collaborating with other developers and designers.
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality.
Work closely with UX designers to implement visual elements.
Use design tools (such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch) to create pixel-perfect interfaces.
Conduct user research to understand behavior, preferences, and pain points.
Validate designs through usability testing and iterate based on feedback.
Apply visual design principles (layout, typography, color theory) to create cohesive experiences.
Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and maintain a unified look and feel.
Implement best practices for web accessibility (WCAG) to make our products inclusive.
Add alt text, ARIA roles, and other accessibility features.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that our products meet high standards of usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Bachelor's degree or certificate in Computer Science is desired, Web Design, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
