Job Summary:

As the lead for Subsea Manufactured Products sales, you will play a pivotal role in strategizing and driving growth in North America. Collaborating with key stakeholders, you will identify and capitalize on field development opportunities, ensuring the optimal utilization of Oceaneering's offerings while exploring avenues for expanding service scopes globally.

Location: This role allows for a hybrid work environment, combining virtual and in-office work as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Key Functions:

  • Develop a deep understanding of Umbilicals and ancillary products
  • Build and nurture relationships with designated accounts
  • Identify key buyers and prioritize high-potential opportunities
  • Support client projects with pricing and design solutions
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM tools
  • Forecast and strategize sales efforts effectively
  • Engage with customers to determine competitive pricing strategies
  • Collaborate with internal teams for account growth and profitability
  • Represent Oceaneering at industry events and trade shows
  • Ensure customer feedback is integrated for continual improvement
  • Provide regular updates on sales activities to management
  • Participate in bids, proposals, and adhere to quality standards
  • Travel as needed to Oceaneering facilities and customer locations
  • Support the sales team with additional tasks as necessary
Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry
  • Proven track record of successful sales results
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and Internet usage
  • Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally

Desired:

  • MBA or Engineering Degree
  • Achievement-driven with a strong success rate in meeting sales targets
  • Fluency in Spanish and English

Additional Information:
