Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented entry-level Business Analyst to join our dynamic Client Success team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting our team on reporting & analytic initiatives, customer support and team projects. The main objective of this role is to support the Client Success team in enhancing client satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role is ideal for self-starters looking to begin a career in client success and business analysis.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the handling of feature requests and support tickets for the client success team throughout the engineering and support cycle. This involves ensuring proper prioritization, effective communication, and timely completion of tasks.
  • Skillfully use internal data analytics tools to create visually engaging infographics, simplifying complex data into clear and understandable visuals.
  • Act as the primary go-to person for key stakeholders within the client success organization.
  • Lead coordination efforts for the team's strategic projects and initiatives, maintaining a thorough understanding of ongoing activities, and facilitate internal team meetings to promote seamless coordination and communication across the team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively support the client success team and effectively manage client profiles.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement and contribute ideas to enhance the overall client experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement improvements and drive client success initiatives.

  • Proficient in utilizing Sigma for advanced analytics and data-driven insights.
  • Consistently exhibit punctuality, professionalism, and dependability in all work-related endeavors.
  • Display a high level of initiative, consistently stepping up as the go-to person for addressing challenges and providing solutions.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or an equivalent education required
  • 1-2 years experience in Customer Support, Analytics or Project Management related position or related field required
  • Experience working in a SaaS, healthcare technology/IT, or healthcare B2B environment highly preferred
