Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Representative Our client is looking for a new Inbound Sales Customer Experience Representative to join their team based in Colchester.
This is a fixed term 4 months summer cover with the potential to extend. Based fully on–site working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (with potential overtime) with a base of 27,000.What is the role? The role of an Inbound Sales and Customer Experience Representative will be taking out daily tasks such as receiving any inbound sales inquiries, following up customer enquiries.
Working with and updating CRM, administrative support and processing any orders that come in (there will be no cold calling or outbound prospecting in this role).
Responsibilities:
Inbound call handling – receiving and responding to all inbound salesSales follow ups – follow up customer inquiriesOrder processing – process any online and email ordersCRM updating – Maintain and update customer recordsCustomer Experience – always deliver exceptional customer serviceCollaboration – Work closely with other team members and departmentsFeedback – collect customer feedbackRequirements: Experience in customer service or inbound sales is preferredStrong communication skillsAbility to multitask and have great organisational skillsFamiliarity with CRM systems and good computer skills (Microsoft Office/Share Point/Teams)Willingness to learn and adaptPositive customer facing attitudeWhat is on offer?
